Singer was born on November 26, 1986 on the 26th of November, 1986 in Santa Monica California. She is the child of Vincenzo Barba the father of her and Valerie Barba. Her family relocated into Point Pleasant New Jersey when she was six years old. Her education was completed at Red Bank Catholic High School, New Jersey. She was a graduate of Catholic University in New Jersey with a Bachelor's Degree. She also played the violin at the age of 4 and was known as the Violin Lady. In recognition of her skills, she was called by the name of Violin Girl. Children from her community were taught to play violin through her. She also sang Free from 1976 in her audition for the sixth season of American Idol, at the age of 19. Her audition was canceled when she finished 16th the American Idol.
